Image Fee - $50

Session fees do not include images, all images from your session are available for purchase for $50/ea. Each file is professionally retouched and delivered electronically in print and web resolutions.

What you can expect at your session:

  • Your basic headshot session will be anywhere from 30-45min and includes 1 look.

  • Headshot session background color options are White, Black, Light Gray, Dark Gray. For other background options look at our portrait sessions which include a headshot look as well.

  • The full headshot session includes up to 3 hours in the studio and multiple looks / outfit changes

  • Images are reviewed and selected on site during and after your session.

  • Online galleries are available with a minimum pre-order of 4 images.

  • Natural light option available outside studio at no additional charge. Other outdoor locations will require a separate location session.

  • Please sanitize your hands (provided) upon entering the studio and a face covering is required.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your session time.

  • A COVID-19 waiver must be signed upon arrival (this relieves AaronVan Studios from liability).

  • A maximum of two (2) guests are allowed in the studio during the shoot unless cleared ahead of time.
